A recent partnership between TransactPay, provider of European BIN sponsorship and modular payment, debit, credit and prepaid services, and leading European Card as a Service (CaaS) platform, Enfuce, have been recognised as a finalist in the “Best Processing Programme or Proposition” category of the Card and Payment Awards 2022.

Enfuce joined forces with TransactPay in July 2020 to strengthen its prepaid BIN sponsorship capabilities in Europe, giving Enfuce the opportunity to offer its non-licensed clients the ability to run compliant prepaid card payments across 23 countries and 16 different currencies. Through close collaboration, TransactPay has since further bolstered Enfuce’s Payment Services offering to enable its customers to launch debit and credit cards, fleet cards, gift cards and tokenised payments.

Founded in Finland, with a presence in Germany and France, Enfuce now supports over 16 million active users on its platform, with current clients including retail financial services company Rocker, neobank for small and start-up businesses, Astat, and marketplace lending platform Fellow Finance.

“For a client to partner directly with a card scheme is a complex, time-consuming and costly process,” says Denise Johansson, co-CEO and Co-Founder at Enfuce. “Through our partnership with TransactPay we are able to offer an easier and speedier route to card issuing, allowing our clients to fully focus on growing their business.

“TransactPay’s shared ethos of collaboration and innovation mean we can tailor BIN Sponsorship services to each customer’s needs, safe in the knowledge of full compliance. I’m delighted to see that our proposition is in the running for this award alongside some of the most established players.”

Aaron Carpenter, CEO of TransactPay says: “One of our core aims at TransactPay is to make the complex flow of money a simplified and frictionless experience for all. Our partnership with Enfuce is a perfect example of this in action, as we are in effect bridging a huge gulf of time and expertise between the card scheme and Enfuce’s non-licensed clients.

“I believe our passion to exceed the needs of our customers is evident through our ongoing partnership with Enfuce – and something I hope the judges will recognise too.”

The Card and Payments Awards, now in its 17th year, recognise success and innovation in the UK and Irish cards and payments industry. Winners will be announced on 3 February 2022 in London in front of over 1000 guests. Enfuce and TransactPay are up against four other shortlisted entrants competing for “Best Processing Programme or Proposition”.
